Kanpai

Space-born Edward meets Sakura at a spaceship bar where she introduces him to her country's national drink: Japanese sake. She uses her expertise growing up at a sake brewery to educate Edward on how sake is made, the different types of sake, and sake drinking customs. Edward visits her family brewery and learns the sake brewing process firsthand and how important sake is to Japanese culture.
