Adam Arclight

Leader of the powerful organization Simeon. He starts a "Hunt for needless", on which he experiments, which results in a heavy rebellion against him. After slaughtering almost all the rebels he receives a report of a survivor, saved by a priest. Then he sends the Uten and Saten to kill both the priest and the boy. Both he and Adam Blade are known to be clones of The Second - the original needless known to have the powers of all the needless.
