Agha

Agha was originally one of Lalah's master's henchmen, aiding him in kidnapping Lalah from the Manuas Mobsters. His technique are metal-edge discs he spins off his fingers. Later, he defects to the Manuas Mobsters and tries to get Lalah back and decapitates his former master in the process. He dies when Char dodges one of his disc attacks and it comes back at his head while Char plunges a broken shovel through his torso.
