Akira Kitazawa

Kitazawa is an excellent student in school, but is later diagnosed with a deteriorating Psycho-Pass. Quite desperate, he decides to take revenge on society with his bomb-making skills. Kirito Kamui helps him with his Psycho-Pass status. Tsunemori manages to save him by shooting him after intervening and helping him reduce his Crime Coefficient to one point under 300. Mysteriously, while in detention, Kitazawa's Crime Coefficient drops under 100. While still in custody by Division 2, he manages to hurt Inspector Risa Aoyanagi and escapes. While Tsunemori searches for him, he is killed by Inspector Aoyanagi with her Dominator in Lethal Eliminator mode.
