Aretha Liebert

Aretha Liebert is an original character from the anime Eat-Man and she appears in the 2nd episode "We who are about to die...". Aretha is a biologist who was hired by Major Olympus's army to investigate a remote island that served as a bio-laboratory specialized in genetic engineering and the creation of mutant animals.

Bolt was hired by Aretha's superiors as her bodyguard, and they both end up discovering the existence of a monstrous being that also devours metal and that decimated Olympus' troops. Aretha notices that, for some reason, Bolt seems to be familiar with both the island's laboratories and the creature.
