Bless Minister

Bless Minister is the Vice-Director of the Bureau of Magic. He is in charge of Mash’s trial for his concealment of his lack of magic. He says that Mash threatens the world’s beauty. As he says that he is a bug in the system of the magical world. He says that he must be dealt with before he becomes a bigger problem but is interrupted by Ryoh. He appears shocked after Mash completes the challenge of lighting a candle without touching it.
