Borgoff Marcus

The eldest of the Marcus Brothers and apparent leader, Borgoff carries a powerful wrist-mounted crossbow. Borgoff is incredibly skilled at using the crossbow, to such an extent that he can manually reload and fire the crossbow so rapidly that he can create a literal rain of silver bolts.

Borgoff and his brothers were hired to chase Meier Link, who had kidnapped Charlotte. Of all the brothers, Borgoff was the only one who thought it beneficial to work with D in capturing Merier Link rather than against him.
