Judgement Boy

He appears to be a scale / human hybrid and is often hooked to a pulleys system on the ceiling. He sing the lines; "Do you know, who I am? They call me Judgement Boy". He'll often stop and ask you a very difficult question, he will then weigh your answer by what he sees in your soul.
