An ally of Germany who, for some reason, likes to bully Italy (even though they are allied as well). He made a short cameo in the first season of the anime adaptation, appearing to Germany and Italy and proceeding to smack Italy in the head with a stick, saying that there was something about his face that compelled him to do so. It was shown in his cameo appearance that he has short brown hair.

He and Romania are on good terms and seem to be friends, a relationship that dates back to when they were working in Russia's house. They appear to be close, but Romania stated that Bulgaria knows little to nothing about what he likes and all of his other quirks (Bulgaria retorting that he'll probably never know them all no matter how hard he tries).
