Carn is a trapeze artist who worked with Bolneze in the past. All the girls flocked to him, because he was easily identifiable (did not wear face paint) and did a more impressive act, since many people do not appreciate the job a clown does.

His name is likely a play on Carnival/Carnie, which is similar to a circus.
