Wave Carrying Angel

The Guardian Angel of the oceans and mistress of the Water Dragon. She first appeared with her wings hidden, posing as a human to question the Mon Colle Knights about their purpose for the Ariaol Pearl. Meanwhile, she had set up a 'duel' run by Tiamat in order to test how they treated the monsters. At a later point she saved Mondo, Zaha and the Water Dragon from Reda, broke the truth about the war to Zaha, healed and transformed the Water Dragon and eventually handed over the Pearl.
Like the other Yondai Tenshi, her name is not revealed and she is only addressed with her title.
