Chinko Drill

One of the numerous genetic rejects detained in the DL facility who has (obviously) a large drill between his legs. Largely unremarkable, save his intimidating member and a knack for prison buggery. Accompanies Pandy and Retro during the jailbreak, assisting in whatever way (usually involving his defining feature) needed. Met his unfortunate end during a climactic battle with 777.
