Chiyo's Father

Chiyo's father first appears within a dream of Sakaki's, where he is given to her as a pet, claiming to be both a cat and Chiyo's father. In an episode not long after, a stuffed doll in his likeness is given to Chiyo for her birthday. He continues making appearances at regular intervals throughout the series, most often in Sakaki's daydreams.
