Chuusaku Kometani

Chuusaku Kometani is a commentator in "Komi Can't Communicate," he only speaks in narration, which doesn't count as actual speaking(ex: He's the librarian's favorite, and she hates when people talk in the library, but Kometani doesn't talk in speech bubble instead he narrates in narration boxes). Kometani currently shares the same class as Komi-San and Tandano-Kun. He gives readers contexts and explanations for certain topics, phrases, or whole conversations, with him also being the only male character in the series to understand everything that has to do with gyarus. With the manga having lots of plot points, Kometani does the job of giving the readers enough information to not be lost while reading. He also got a 28/30 in 2nd year class 1 smile contest.
