Delta

Delta is an "inner" from the Kara organization. Delta is a very powerful cyborg who is fiercely loyal to Jigen, but at the same time she is pretty unfriendly with the other Inners of Kara.
Delta is extremely arrogant about her abilities, believing she could beat Naruto Uzumaki even though the latter is far superior to her, She even challenged Code to a one-on-one fight multiple times throughout the anime although the latter always denied her request to duel with her for an unknown reason.
