Depon Alex

Depon Alex (Devlin in the English dub) is a one-time character featured in the episode Move Fast, Doraemon! The Galactic Grandprix. Known as the "Speed Cat", he is the winner of the previous race. Despite his will-be protagonistic role, Depon was framed by Bengal Ritchine who disrupt other racers' cars in order to get him disqualified.
