Elaine Lo Po Bia

Lo Po Bia Elaine, formerly known as Kaiser, is a Regular from Lo Po Bia Family. She acted as the ruler of the third station of the Hell Train located on the 39th Floor, The Name Hunt Station, for over a thousand years on behalf of her family. She is a Fisherman and one of the 3 top D-rank Regulars. Following the events that took place on the Last Station, she was sent by Ha Jinsung to look after Baam in his place. She is currently a part of Baam's team.
