Endou

An agent with the Japan Immigration Bureau, he often provided Aoi with her missions (though never in person, as it's apparently a "contract violation") and logistical support. He seemed to be amused by Aoi's behavior around Kio, quickly recognizing that she wasn't acting. Though initially portraying himself with a somewhat cocky attitude, he appears genuinely frightened by Aoi's "Aport" ability. The last mission he gives Aoi was for the elimination of Eris and Kio.
