Fumika Kitagou

A witch from Fuso, and an officer of the Fuso Imperial Navy. When it comes to swords, her skills are on the level of possessing full mastery of Kodoukan Kendo. Since she was already a veteran since before the Fuso Sea Incident, Fumika employed an early striker unit that required a supporting backpack.

She trained a number of ace witches, among them Mio Sakamoto, Junko Takei, and Tetsuko Wakamoto, whom she later led into battle during the Fuso Sea Incident. She was a particular influence on Sakamoto. After leaving active service, she went to serve as an assistant instructor at a kendo dojo in Maizuru.
