Mysterious spirit of the wind appeared in episode 24 with Moop and has some connection to Kaoru. "Fuu" comes from "風" (usually romanized as "kaze," but can be read as "fuu" and it means the wind). She ends her sentences with the word "pupu." Moop and Hoop can use the power of the moon and wind to power up Pretty Cure with the Spiral Ring Set.
