Blind Girl

She is a Cursed Child. Although Cursed Children are immune to diseases, her eyes are destroyed. She had poured lead into her eyes because her mother, who abandoned her, hated her red eyes. She has a younger sister that she has to provide for. She goes to the Tokyo Area, wears a sign around her neck that says "I am a Cursed Child from the Outer District", and sings in hopes that someone will put some money in her pan. When Tina Sprout and Rentarou Satomi were in Tokyo Area, Tina heard her singing. She could tell that Tina was a Cursed Child just by feeling her face. Rentarou then gave her some money and told her not to come back.
