A wealthy man and the landlord of the town of jade,through his cruel personality and position he was hated and suspected to be the one who kidnaps the children who recently dissapeared.But through Syaoran's investigation they found out it was Dr.Kyle who kidnaps the children after Dr.Kyle getting deceased he was about to give a proper to thanks to Syaoran however they already left.He hasn't yet made any other appearances except in a race at Piffle City.
