A one arm skilled ninja assassin with the ability to hypnotize his targets through sight or sound. He lost his arm in a previous encounter with Rei, where he cut off her own arm to escape Rei's blue flame. This is the only time where he failed to assassinate his target. It is implied that he changed his ways after Sakura saved his life by hugging his to extinguish Rei's blue flame.
