Central High Student Council Vice President

He is a high school student of Central High School and a member of its student council. His real name is unknown and he is always referred to with his title, but Yanagi once gestured his signature forehead slap and claimed that he was imitating someone named Forest. It is unclear whether he is the same person. He is shown to harbor an aversion against the Central High Student Council President but does not defy her openly.
