Hop

Jolt is a member of the Recon Mini-Con Team, alongside Six Speed and Reverb. The three were found drifting through space in a ship by Vector Prime ( Jolt explains that he and his team got lost playing hide-and-seek). The three Mini-Cons traveled to Earth with Vector Prime and eventually met up with the Autobots and three humans named Coby, Bud, and Lori. Since Jolt is the only member of his team that can speak human languages, he introduces himself and his team to the three humans and they form a close friendship.
Jolt is generally very cheerful and is highly interested in human culture. He has a special ability that allows him to create portals for quick traveling. His alternate mode is a personal helicopter.
