Ichita Naiki

Ichita Naiki is the Vice President of Kiyosumi High School's student congress. In the absence of Hisa Takei, who is President, he manages the affairs of the school's governing student body. While he does not often approve of Hisa's relaxed approach to student congress work, he also supports her work in the mahjong club and organizes a public viewing of Kiyosumi's matches in the national tournament.
