Ikaruga Suginami

Suginami Ikaruga is also first year student at the academy, she is a genius when it comes to maintaining and creating weapons, fiddling with machines, and hacking. A classmate and a good friend of Takeru's from middle school days. She was previously scouted to join a special division Regin before she entered high school; however, she refused arguing that she wants to live her "Youthful school life" and continue attending the school, she was assigned to 35th Test Platoon upon entering high school.
