Ikeuchi

A member of the group of the weak. His ability changes his head into a camera and allows him to do things a camera can do such as taking videos. He can also make a copy if he have a phone or computer and do cloud backups. He seems to have feelings for Chihiro Yoshioka as he was visibly angry when Chihiro befriended Shuichi and was extremely frustrated when she went inside Shuichi so that they could look for her wallet together.
