Irene Vincent

Master gunsmith, highly successful bounty hunter, and all-around action girl, Rally Vincent's love of guns and fast cars came from her father. He vanished under mysterious circumstances when she was young, and she entered the bounty hunting profession to gain easier access to both sides of law, in an effort to find him. Over the years, she has made many close friends and even more committed enemies. She operates both her gunsmithing and bounty hunting business from a small shop in Chicago.
