Isobe Namiko

Matsuo's co-worker who lives in the same apartment complex as Nagisa. She is a sponging off other's profit that never miss a chance to get something for free, Matsuo often ends up paying for her meals. She is friend with both so she is used to deal with both of them, often to clear missunderstandings.
