Despite the name, JACK is actually a woman. Her real name is: Janis Alectos Carotenas Karinato. She works for the CIA and is acting supervisor of Manami. She has a noticeable long blond hair, barely dressed and is often seen eating fast food, appearing to stereotype American women. Always seen eating food from A&W restaurants.

Provides Manami with info on hostile groups, even after Manami leaves the CIA. She doesn't appear to get along with the Japan Immigration Bureau, remarking at how they treat people outside their organization as second-rate.
