Huoli Ji is level 8 battle expert from the Fire City in Blue Domain and experts in Fire magic. She is considered the strongest fire elemental in Blue Domain. She partners with Beiyue Shangchen level 9. She battles against level 5 Lan Ge and Fa Hua in the 3 Domains Tournament in final round and does all the attacking while Beiyue Shangchen only defends despite being strongest. When she is almost injured he concedes loss and walks away silently helping injured Huoli Ji. This allows Lan Ge and Fa Hua to get 1st place against all odds.
