Joe

Jay is a character of the day who appeared in Bonnie for the Defense!. He is part of the self-appointed "Lapras Defense Force", together with Heidi and Kye. Jay is often the sensible one of the three, often providing useful information and has plenty of sweets stowed away in his pockets. As part of a running gag, he often corrects Kye who tends to mispronounce his words.
