Jose

A member of the eldora five, Jose appears to be the second -in-command of the group. He's often arguing with Nero over their glory day stories, saying how often he had to bail out his leader in various situations, which Nero quickly denies.

Even after Jose and the rest of the eldora five join Van and Co. in their assault on The Claw's island, he still argues with Nero often over the repairs of their armor, claiming that they should have brought Bucchi along.
