Kamat

The "Greatest 4". Kamat is the commander of Fortress Apollo, and is a homossexual military man who plans to conquer Polombo Island through a coup d'état and build an island full of beautiful boys called "Kamat Ai Land". He is targeting Yuusuke and Kojirou as if he were a celebrity who frequents a host club. After his defeat, Kamat was captured by Tail's forces, but later reformed and freed, and was once again placed in command of the Apollo Fortress.
