Knuckleduster is a street smart vigilante who patrols the rooftops of the city district of Naruhata, along with the help of fellow vigilantes Pop Step and The Crawler. Their main goal, besides keeping the citizens of Naruhata safe, is stopping the threat of an illegal quirk-boosting drug called Trigger. Many of the villains he encounters are Trigger users. Despite having no quirk, he consistently demonstrates the ability to defeat these dangerous and unstable villains. As far as physical strength and durability go, Knuckleduster is certainly impressive for someone with no physical enhancement quirk. His punching power and ability to tank physical punishment are so exceptional to the point that he has temporarily been mistaken to have a physical enhancement quirk by the pro hero, Shōta Aizawa. On top of his above-average physical stats, Knuckleduster is highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat and his street smarts are a valuable asset in a pinch. When fighting a villainous quirk-user, Knuckleduster can often determine a weakness of his opponent through observing their quirk in action during combat. He then exploits that weakness with quick thinking skills. The standard gear Knuckleduster takes to the streets with consists of a grappling hook and a pair of knuckledusters (brass knuckles).
