Dr. Kochin

Dr. Kochin is Dr. Uiro's assistant and a self-professed expert in biotechnology, he is a very elderly man wearing a white lab coat, with an odd-shaped head. He transfers Dr. Uiro's brain into a mechanical body, after which he seeks out the world's strongest man so that he can transfer Dr. Uiro's brain into their body instead. He is also a robot with a Vulcan Cannon in his left arm.
