Kouko Fukuyo

Kouko Fukuyo is a broadcast announcer of mahjong tournaments and a supporting character of the manga "Saki". She provides commentary alongside Sukoya Kokaji during the East Tokyo prefectural qualifying tournament and the national tournament. Kouko possesses an eccentric personality and is very passionate in her work; however, she often overlooks details during her broadcasts, leaving Sukoya to correct her from time to time.
