Koyuki is a young fairy with dark eyes, pale skin, and dark blue or purple hair with pigtails that have pink bows on them. She wears a cyan colored coat, a blue scarf, and a big cyan winter hat in she always has.
Koyuki lives in an snowy island with few mountains, which also has the Yukidaruman snowman creatures.
Koyuki-chan first appeared in October 26, 1992, in the episode Anpanman and Koyuki-chan. In this episode, Anpanman finds Koyuki-chan near his home, in which she accidently freezed Anpanman. She also appeared in the episode Melonpanna and Koyuki-chan on February 9, 2001, where she befriends Melonpanna while temporarily unable to use her powers.
