La Folia Rihavein

La Folia is an amiable young woman who is also quite observant, though seemingly a relaxed and humoring person. She is the princess of Aldegyr and the third person to make a blood pact with Koujo. She is related to Kanase Kanon, due to her grandfather having an affair; however, she still cares for Kanon as though she were her real sister.
