Lilith

A presumably young woman with a slight resemblance to Medusa. Her “shadow stone” North Wind enables her to manipulate, as well as become physically one with, the wind. It also allows her to breathe in and move freely through large bodies of water. She is sadistic and Ruby remarked that she always bullied him, even before Doryu's commandos revealed their true colors. She is exceptionally glib with her tongue and does not hesitate to lie to get her way.
