The Living Anchor is one of the three guards at the Ghost Ship Casino. Teams up with the Living Hawse Pipe and attacks anyone trying to invade the ship.
Although it is strong enough that even the Kir Royale is unable to destroy it, the Anchor can't move on its own unless someone holds its chain. After Jing heated the chains, the Living Hawse Pipe could no longer hold them, leaving the Anchor stuck on the ocean floor.
The Living Anchor also appears in the Game Boy Color games as a mini-boss along with the Living Hawse Pipe.
