Maki

A young boy with heterochromatic irises. He apparently is associated with Amber and seems to be working with her. Maki's ability allows him to perform some type of spontaneous combustion on objects that he touches with his hands. The explosions can occur remotely as he often prepares handprints before activating his ability. He uses this to cause attacks on the embassies in Tokyo. His remuneration is drinking hot milk.
