Makie Tachibana

Makie visits Voyager and introduces herself to Minare and Chuuya as the sister of the man who caused the traffic accident that put the manager into the hospital. Her brother was also injured in the accident, so to make amends on his behalf she volunteers to work at the restaurant without pay. While she gives off an aura of sensitivity, she has a very clear manner of speaking.
