Makoto

He is Kaito's cousin and a friend of Lucia. Like Kaito he also believes on mermaids and wishes to see a mermaid. During the episode he saw Lucia jump off the cliff and being transform as a mermaid.

On this episode he pull so many pranks during the mermaid princess contest but on the real he is warm, kind and shy person. He has a talent to draw.
