Makoto Horii

Tatsuhiko's acquaintance early in the series. His obsession to Emiru leads him to a rape attempt, but ultimately fails. He also used Tatsuhiko as his hostage on his second attempt but failed as Emiru saved Tatsuhiko by throwing a bucket of gasoline and threaten Makoto's gang with a lighter. He was persuaded by Emiru and Tatsuhiko after. She also found out the peeping hole between Tatsushiko and Emiru, and kept it as a secret.
