Maria

One of the civilians from The 08th MS Team. In Episode 5: "The Broken Order to Standby" Jidan tells Eledore that his good lunch comes from a lady friend of his named Maria who runs a hotel business in a nearby village. She helps aid Michel and Eledore in bringing them food while they're held captive. The Zeon guard wonders what the point would be since they are going to be executed in the morning. Maria gives it to them anyway and tells them not to lose hope. She leaves with a hooded girl and gives Norris his room key.

Maria shows up at end of the episode, and Shiro thanks her for everything she did.
