Matsuri Toda

A second-year at Sakaneko High School, and the student council's treasurer. She is a very calm and collected girl, and hardly anything bothers or disturbs her or her devotion to her duties as treasurer. She has constantly admired Tsubaki's resolute attitude. As the one who usually calms down Ayame when she runs wild, she has a close friendship with her.
