Megumi Teshio

Teshio Megumi is a minor character introduced in Toaru Majutsu no Index. She is a member of BLOCK that is led Saku Tatsuhiko seemingly as his right hand woman. On October 9 Megumi is involved with Tatsuhiko's plan to lead the faction from the Dark Side of Academy City along with 5,000 mercenaries from the outside of the city as part of their plan to attack Aleister Crowley. Their plans are later foiled by the efforts of GROUP.
