Meiren

A girl from the Forest Clan (Tigers) who is always seen eating hard candies, along with a audible biting sound where one is usually supposed to suck on such candy. She can also use said hard candies as a weapon, flicking them as if they were bullets. What she is up to is currently shrouded in mystery, but has helped Akira a number of times. She is also the one to tell Akira that Mina may not be as kind as he thinks she is.


Note: This character does not appear in the manga version. It is likely the anime production team's work. In the manga, a male character names Hama Seiji plays mostly the same role as Meiren in anime. In a sense, she was a replacement for the male character.
